RAVENA HIGH SCHOOL POOL From the north, take I87-South to Exit 23. Bearing right on 9W South. Staying on 9W for about ten miles and going past LaFarge Cement Plant. Just past the cement plant, the school complex is on the right. If coming from Catskill and the south, take I87-North to exit 21B and then take 9W North to Ravena. Go through the town, staying on 9W and the school complex is 1 1/2 miles north of Ravena, on your left. To get the to pool once at the school, take the first immediate right after entering the complex, which will bring you to the rear of the High School.
GLEN HILLS POOL
From Adirondack Northway I 87 (about 10 minutes
travel time from exit 9) Get off I 87 at Exit 9, Clifton
Park…take 146 West, towards Schenectady...at Balltown Road
Intersection, continue straight across to Glenridge Road, do NOT
follow 146 signs to left…stay on Glenridge Road
approximately 1/4 of a mile down the hill to Bruce Street. If you
go under any bridge, you have gone to far. Take left onto Bruce
Street approximately 50 yards down road on the right. You will
see the Glens Hills sign.
WOODLIN CLUB POOL
From Adirondack Northway I 87 (about 15 minutes
travel time from exit 9) Get off I 87 at Exit 9, Clifton
Park…take 146 West, towards Schenectady...at Balltown Road
Intersection, continue straight across to Glenridge Road, do NOT
follow 146 signs to left…stay on Glenridge Road
approximately 1.4 miles to Saint Anthony Lane, the Woodlin Club
sign is at the corner…turn right on Saint Anthony Lane and
continue to the end of the road.
From Saratoga Springs or Ballston Spa (about 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs, 15-20 from Ballston Spa) Follow Route 50 South to Glenville. Once in Glenville Business Area, look for the Price Chopper on the left. Continue to the second light after the Price Chopper and get in to the left turn lane. Turn left on Glenridge Road (you will be turning between a Hess Station on the left and the First National Bank of Scotis on right). Follow Glenridge Road about 0.4 mile to Saint Anthony Lane, the Woodlin Club sign is on the corner…turn right on to Saint Anthony Lane and continue to the end of the road.
From Thruway, Points South or West and Schenectady (about 15 minutes travel time from exit 25) From Thruway I 90, take Exit 25 and continue straight after exit on 890 to Exit 4C, Washington Avenue...at the end of the exit ramp, turn left at Rt 5 and cross Mohawk River to Scotia…turn Right on Rt 50 (first light after bridge) and continue approximately 4 miles...look for a Kmart on the right...the next light is Glenridge Road...turn right on Glenridge Road and continue approximately 0.4 mile to Saint Anthony Lane, the Woodlin Club Sign is at the corner…turn left on Saint Anthony Lane and continue to the end of the road.

…take Erie Boulevard across the Mohawk River to the
second light…turn right on Maple Avenue (there is a Stewarts
Shop on the corner) and continue about 2 miles to a stop
light…this is Glenridge Road…turn Left on Glenridge
Road and continue 0.4 mile to Saint Anthony Lane, Woodlin Club
Sign is at the corner… turn right on Saint Anthony Lane and
continue to end of the road.
…take Balltown Road across Mohawk River…after crossing
river, go to the second light and turn left on to Glenridge
road… stay on Glenridge Road approximately 1.4 miles to
Saint Anthony Lane, Woodlin Club Sign is at the corner...turn
right on to Saint Anthony Lane and continue to the end of the

BALLSTON SPA HIGH SCHOOL POOL
Take Interstate Route 87 (Adirondack Northway) to Exit
12. Follow Route 67 West several miles
to the intersection with NYS Route 50. Proceed across the
intersection onto Ballston Avenue. Ballston Spa High School is on
Ballston Avenue on the left, just past the intersection. Follow
the signs to the pool.
EAST GREENBUSH YMCA Take
I90- East to exit 9, Bear right off the ramp onto route four.
Make a left at first light, at intersection of routes 4 and 151.
Go ¼ mile and make a right onto Michael Road and then an
immediate right onto Community Way. Follow signs for the YMCA.

JCC From the south Go North on the NYS Thruway and take exit 23. Take the exit ramp to Rt. 9W. Take left onto Rt 9W , after a bend in the road, turn right onto Southern Blvd. At the end of Southern Blvd, turn left onto 2nd Street. Follow 2nd street across Delaware Avenue(bear left at fork past Mobil station) as it becomes Whitehall Street. Follow Whitehall for one mile to JCC on your left. (518) 438-6651
NISKAYUNA HIGH SCHOOL
From the New York State Thruway
Take exit 25 (Schenectady) from I-90 (NYS Thruway). Continue on
890 West, approximately 2 miles. Take exit 7 for Route 7 East
(toward Troy). Approximately 2 miles further, turn left onto
Route 146. (Route 146 is also called Balltown Road at this
intersection.) About 1.5 miles further, Niskayuna High School is
on the right. The entrance is at a traffic light.
From Interstate 87 (The Northway) north of Clifton Park
Take Exit 9, at Clifton Park, for Route 146 West. Go
approximately 7.5 miles and turn left, which continues Rt. 146
West. Route 146 is Balltown Road once you cross the Mohawk River.
Approximately 2.5 miles further, Niskayuna High School is on the
left. There is a traffic light at the driveway.
NORMANSIDE From the south Go North on the NYS Thruway and take exit 23. Take the exit ramp to Rt. 9W. Take left onto Rt 9W North into Albany. Follow Rt 9W until you reach Delaware Avenue. Turn left onto Delaware Avenue. You will cross the Thruway and the Normanside Creek into Elsmere. Go past the Hannaford Plaza(on the left), turn right onto Salsbury Road to the end will be Normanside Country Club.
RPI University - ROBISON POOL
From the South:
Take I-87, the New York State Thruway, North to Exit 23. At Exit
23, get on I-787 North to Route 7 East. Follow directions to
campus (below).
From the North:
Take I-87, the Adirondack Northway, South to Exit 7 East. Get on
Route 7 headed Eastbound. Follow directions to campus (below).
From the East:
From I-90 (Massachusetts Turnpike, Berkshire Spur of the New York
Thruway), take Exit B1. Continue East (13.5 miles) to the exit
for I-787. Take I-787 North to Route 7 East. Follow directions to
campus (below).
From the West:
Take I-90, the New York State Thruway, to Exit 24. From Exit 24,
continue onto I-90 East. Exit onto I-787 North. Take I-787 North
to Route 7 East. Follow directions to campus (below).
Directions to Campus(POOL):
Follow Hoosick Street up the hill and turn right on Fifteenth
Street (after the Troy Plaza Shopping Center). Follow Fifteenth
Street and watch for the Alumni Sports & Recreation Center,
just after the pedestrian overpass on the left. The pool is a
part of the Alumni Sports & Recreation Center. Parking is
available in the lot behind the Alumni Sports & Recreation
Center, next to the Vistor's Information Center or on the street.
To get to the Parking behind the Alumni Sports & Recreation
Center you can go through the Visitors Information Center Parking
lot.
SHAKER HIGH SCHOOL
445 Watervliet Shaker Rd,
Latham, NY
Take I-87 north to exit 5. Take left(east) on RT 155 towards
Latham. Cross RT. 9. Continue east on 155 approximately
three-quarters of a mile past Route 9. Shaker High School will be
on the left. The first school building on the left is the junior
high school. The pool is located in the second building, the
senior high school. It is the first left after the
junior high. Parking is available in the High School parking lot.
You will walk towards the High School, go past the doors on the
left and continue straight to the doors to the cafeteria.
SOURTHERN SARATOGA YMCA Take
I87- North to Exit 9. At light at end of off ramp, take a left
onto 146 West. At the next traffic light, take another left onto
Clifton Park Mall Drive. Take Clifton Park Mall Drive until you
come to Wall Street. Take a right onto Wall Street. Stay on Wall
Street until you see sign for YMCA.

UNION COLLEGE

The swimming pool is located in building 3 on the campus map and the entrance is located at the north end of building 3. There are a limited number of parking spaces directly across from building 3 which normally fill up quickly. There is additional parking available near building 46 when you come in the entrance off Union Avenue. There is also a lot of parking spaces near building 2, but you need to access it from the Nott Street entrance. In past years, Union has put up a chain preventing access to the parking near building 2 when coming in from the Union Avenue entrance.
From the south and east:
From Thruway exit 26, take I-890 east to exit Take exit 5 off 890 (Broadway) to Nott Terrace to
Union St. to Union Ave. Enter campus from union ave.
From the north:
From the Northway (I-87) take exit 6 (marked 'Route 7 west').
Follow Route 7 west for 6.5 miles and bear right onto Union
Street. Continue on Union Street for 2.8 miles (past campus on
your right) and take a right at a light onto Seward Place. Follow
Seward Place to stop light and make a left on Nott Street. Follow
Nott and the entrance is on the left, across from the Hess
Station. College Park is in the back.
From the west:
From Thruway exit 26, take I-890 east to exit Take exit 5 off 890 (Broadway) to Nott Terrace to
Union St. to Union Ave. Enter campus from union ave.
VILLAGE OF RAVENA POOL From the north and the Berkshire Spur Exit the NYS Thruway at the Selkirk exit 22(from the Berkshire Spur you will go north on the NYS Thruway for approximately 1/2 mile and take the Selkirk exit 22). Take a right onto Rt 144 South and continue into Coeymans. Turn right onto Rt 143 and continue up the hill and proceed under the Thruway bridge, continue on Rt 143(Main Street) under the Rail Road bridge. Turn right at Pulver Avenue until the end and the pool/park is on the right.
